When you receive your product, it's crucial that you, the consumer, carefully inspect your goods and items to ensure that they are intact and correctly packaged. If there is any damage to your product during shipping, whether it is obvious or not, you must notify the carrier right away. You must also get in touch with us within 14 days of getting the goods if you receive it and discover that it is damaged or differs from the one you ordered.
Any issues should be brought up with our customer care using one of the contact options listed on the contact page. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Please provide the order number and the specific cause for your concern. The same applies for returns. It is crucial in all types of returns that the product is wrapped such that it cannot be harmed in transit. Ossia Music is permitted to substitute identical-model goods for defective ones. The consumer will be given a complete refund if the product has been discontinued. In the event that a returned item is free of mistakes or defects, Ossia Music will ship the item back to the purchaser.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost to return a product will be deducted from the refund payment.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that the shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
